Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal wellness products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original product packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
